The company has invested $4 billion to start the internationally first-class office building project in B35 Lujiazui. The World Financial Center, which is graded as the third tallest building in Pudong, will be completed in the early 2008. At the appointed time, the company will move to the top floor of the building.

The World Financial Center, developed by the company, is located at the nucleus zone in Lujiazui.
It occupies land of 9236 square meters. The construction site amounts to 111038.39 square meters (84001.76 square meters for office building, 5934.03 square meters for business complete set). The construction height reaches 269 meters. The World Financial Center faces the superior green land in the south and is situated in the central area of bank street zone, the Lujiazui Road and Yingcheng Central Road. It is a marked building among the buildings in the north Lujiazui.

The World Financial Center is designed by Nikken Sekkei (Japan) Ltd. which has established for more than 100 years. The exterior is broad and elegant while the interior is square and utility. The design company adopts cross passageway which skillfully plans the public space and the structures for business properties. The 45-degree angle formed by the buildings and Lujiazui central green constitutes a marked shape with tall buildings in the north and low buildings in the south. In the lobby, the wooden decorations portray a green and natural office with trees growing from the green land to the interior. The combination of nature and construction makes people feel that they are being in the oasis of steel and cement forest.

- February 2006 Underground structure finished
- 25 June 2007 Construction of structure completed
