Riemann Investment Advised CNPV on Pre-IPO Private Equity Funding Riemann Investment Holdings Ltd. (“Riemann Investment”), as the initiator and one of the investors, advised China Photovoltaic Group Ltd. ( “CNPV” ) on its successful pre-IPO private equity investment of RMB 85 million. CNPV is located in Dongying, Shandong Province. The Company is an integrated high tech company specialised in the alternative energy sector. It is engaged in the research and development, design, and manufacturing of a wide range of photovoltaic products, including mono and polycrystalline silicon ingots, wafers, solar cells and modules. The Company also installs and operates integrated solar power generation systems. CNPV intends to be publicly listed in the European capital market in the second half of 2008. The current round of private equity funding is well-timed and offers the Company adequate capital strength for its rapid development and steady growth going forward. <BACK>
